Holding a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Marketing, Yuri Kvyetko has continued his success in the field of academia, and seamlessly transitioned his talents to the business world. 

 

Using his strong educational background, Yuri quickly began gaining real world work experience, further adding to his knowledge of finance and diversifying his skillset. Focussing on the real estate sector, he first gained his Ontario Real Estate License in 2015, and has since completed over $10 Million in sales- a number which is continues to grow. 

 

Yuri has also gained extensive knowledge and expertise on the property management side of real estate, managing numerous rental properties, handling everything from tenant lease agreements (both short and long term), to accounting and bookkeeping activities.  

 

Upon gaining his Ontario Mortgage License, Yuri has leveraged his knowledge and extensive network of lenders, investors and financial partners, to finance various transactions, and currently lends his talents to 8608 Capital Group as a Business Developer.

 

His fluency in both Russian and Ukrainian further compliments the firm’s reach on an international level, helping better cater to clients from those regions.
