Ardy Khavari 

With decades of experience in trading, investment and business management across a number of industries and continents, Ardy Khavari is well-versed in all aspects of business.

Originally an entrepreneur in the Canadian travel industry, Mr. Khavari built the largest wholesale retail travel agency in Ontario within three years, supplying 25 other agencies nationally. In the process, he accrued an extensive client base of high-net-worth individuals and corporations from the Middle East,  as one of the first western travel agencies to offer fully accommodated tours to Dubai.

This in turn led Mr. Khavari to found a Dubai-based trading company specializing in construction materials,  achieving an annual turnovers in excess of $250 million USD.

In 2010, he began to facilitate financing for a number of large luxury condominium developments in Toronto. His enterprise has since generated tens of millions of dollars in equity and debt financing for real estate development projects, allowing Ardavan to become one of the most prominent investment bankers in the Toronto real estate market.

In addition, Mr. Khavari serves as a principal , CEO of 8608 Capital Group as well as a chairman of its affiliate, Haimish Developments Corporation, a leading Toronto-based luxury custom-home development company.
